Empower Your Teen This Summer at EdenAcres Environmental Education
Looking for a meaningful and engaging way for your teen to spend the summer? Our Junior Camp Counselor Program is the perfect opportunity! Designed for teens aged 13–16, this program offers a unique blend of leadership, teamwork, and outdoor fun. Your teen will step into a helper role, assisting our main camp instructors in delivering an incredible nature-based camp experience for younger children.

What to Expect
In our Junior Camp Counselor Program, teens will:

Assist with setting up and facilitating nature-based activities like arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, and wilderness skills.

Help ensure a safe and inclusive environment for campers aged 3–12.

Actively engage with campers, fostering a positive and fun atmosphere.

Learn from experienced instructors through training and mentorship opportunities.

Write a Letter of Interest: In a one-page letter, tell us why you're interested in becoming a Counselor in Training at EdenAcres Environmental Education. Share your passion for nature, any relevant experiences (like attending camps, participating in outdoor activities, or volunteering), and what you hope to gain from this experience. Most importantly, let us know what makes you a great candidate for this role.
